Playa's and their surrounding habitat are a key wildlife habitat that anyone passionate about the outdoors should experience. Playa Lake Farm & Ranch offers both guided and unguided hunting of waterfowl, upland birds, big game or varmits.
Playa Lake Tours
The Playa Lakes Region of the South Plains is a super highway for migrating birds of all species, especially waterfowl and the upland grasslands around their banks host a dense and unique variety of plants and animals
The South Plains is an intensely farmed region and the playa lake habitat that is native, restored, or enhanced for the benefit wildlife is extremely attractive for a variety of species. We offer year wildlife experiences through guided or unguided tours.
Habitat Projects
Successfully designing and implementing habitat improvement or enhancement projects takes a group effort. We are always looking for volunteers to help us with our habitat projects in any phase of the project.
